[sync-services-developers] Safari sync problem resolved

It turns out that the Safari client is only registered to sync with
"device" and "server".

This is fixed in more recent versions of Safari, but the Safari sync
client doesn't automatically re-register.

If you open the Bookmarks pane of the Safari preferences, and select
the "Syncs bookmarks with other computers via .mac" checkbox, and the
select "Cancel" on the following dialog, the Safari Sync client will
reregister correctly.

I still haven't had any joy with keychain ...
