[sync-services-developers] List of registered clients

 nm  /System/Library/Frameworks/SyncServices.framework/SyncServices

reveals the following method:

-[ISyncConcreteManager allClients]

which looks like it might be useful. If it doesn't do the trick, I bet
one of the other private methods will.

Its hard to avoid using SyncServices private methods if you want to
provide any kind of sophistication. Of course future support for these
methods is not guaranteed.
