[sync-services-developers] List of registered clients

Does anyone know if it is possible to obtain a list of registered  
sync clients programmatically, kind of like Syncrospector does? We'd  
like to offer (for support purposes) the ability to unregister our  
clients without necessarily knowing the client id beforehand.
