That is indeed strange. I'm sorry this experience has been so
frustrating, but there has to be an explanation as to why this simple
data would not sync and we are willing to try and get to the bottom
of the problem. The best way to help us figure out why is to send us
the sample data. I don't think you have yet sent us any sample data.
Please log a bug using the link http://www.markspace.com/support/
emailsupport_mswm_beta.html. From iCal and Address Book use the
Backup feature in the File menu to make backup files. Then .zip those
together and send them with your bug report.
Also, be sure to give us your device information (e.g. what type,
what version of the OS, etc.).
What version of Mac OS X are you using? Are you using a Non-English
version of Mac OS X? What version of iCal?
Are you synching with any other Sync Service clients? Like .Mac,
Entourage, Chronos SOHO Organizer, etc.?
