Chaim,
Download this program, and use the demo to remove The Missing Sync 
completely, it may find the old chains and registry stuff to get rid of 
it all. http://www.appzapper.com  It has saved me a few headaches in the 
past when an removal routine has failed, or never got rid of the 
software completely.
