[missing-sync-winmobile-talk] Can I delete old device profiles?

Whilst messing around with MS version 2.51, I had cause to reset my SPV
M600. When I reconfigured it, I gave it a different name (M600 versus
Pocket_PC).

I'm now getting reminders that I haven't synced "Pocket_PC" for so and so
many days. And nor will I, because that device doesn't really exist any
more.

How do I delete the old device profile so that MS can forget about it?
