[missing-sync-winmobile-talk] Refresh remote iCals before sync

I've just done an experiment which establishes that changes to remote 
calendars in iCal will not sync with MSWM until refreshed.  For 
example, our corporate calendar is stored on our CommuniGate Pro 
server, and I subscribe to it in iCal.  In order for recent updates 
to appear on my device, I must first launch and refresh iCal. 
Corporate changes will thereafter appear on my device following a 
sync, but otherwise will not.  Cheers,
