[missing-sync-winmobile-talk] CAB file doesn't install

Bryan,
What method are you using to connect the Treo? Bluetooth? USB?
If you open the MSWM log, you should see some more information that
would help diagnose this. If you see that the computer and phone are
connected, but our app doesn't say so, my guess would be that you're
connected over Bluetooth.
If so, disconnect,
Then put your phone into flight mode,
Then go into ActiveSync on your device and choose Connect via
Bluetooth from the menu.
