[missing-sync-winmobile-talk] How do I remove software the easy way without buying appzapper

What specifically did you to do uninstall everything "missing sync"

I just got a macbook and let the computer move my old stuff to the  
new computer, and I don't want missing sync on my macbook, since I am  
just using the one on my iMac G5.  On the G5, I also need to remove  
2.0.2 to do a clean 2.5.1 install.
