[missing-sync-winmobile-talk] Can't update ROM using v2.5

Hi,

I recently purchased Missing Synch 2.5 for WM5 for my Jamin phone. After
extracting the CAB from the latest .exe file using File Juicer, I tried to
install the ROM using Missing Sync but it seemed to time out. It seems that
the .cab file is approx 55 MB but the max available space on my phone is 47
MB. 

I then mounted the phone and moved the .cab file to the storage card on the
phone and tried to install from there but I can't seem to get it to work.
Please help..
