We have tested with the HTC TyTN to know that it is supported, and it  
sounds like you were able to connect at one time.

Have you tried to restart the Mac and Soft reset the device. That  
would be my first recommendation.

Also, check to see if you have any Firewall software enabled on this  
Mac. If so see the knowledgebase article at:
