[missing-sync-winmobile-talk] no sync with HTC tytn

Hello friends,
I have no sync with my new "HTC tytn" with windows mobile 5  
(MissingSync 2.5.1)
My Computer is a G5 2x2,7, Mac OS 10.4.8. (without Bluetooth).

When I first pluged the HTC to USB  it seams that the mac has  
connected and some questions followed witch plug-ins I want to sync.
After that it seamed to sync, but nothing happened for several  
minutes - I stoped the Process.

When I now connect to USB the "connecting" window comes up for 5  
seconds (with only one white point shown) and then disappears. No  
Sync !!
I registered correctly,
What can I do ?
Is the problem in the preferences of the "HTC" or "missing-sync" ?  
What must be changed ?

I heard of a tool called "USBswitch", can that solve the problem ?
