[missing-sync-winmobile-talk] Newbie to everything questions!

I am new to everything having bought my first Mac a few weeks ago. I use a
Loox N560 on a Macbook using version 2.5.1 to sync Entourage. Everything
seems to be working OK but I have a couple of questions.
1. Am I able to sync my Entourage notes? (I can't see an option to do this
anywhere)
2. Having migrated from a PC using Activesync, previously I was able to sync
my Outlook emails. Am I able to do this using Missing Sync.
3. Similarly, can I sync Avantgo in the same way?
