[missing-sync-winmobile-talk] Events spanning several days finish a day early on the handheld

I know I'd benefit from this one being fixed too.  It's highly annoying 
when it shows up in the Today, though it's something bearable for me 
(enough so not to switch back).

Though I have noticed it does sometimes cause sync errors, so I have to 
delete the all day events on both ends and then recreate them in iCal to 
get them back.

A reset is generally required as well.
