[missing-sync-winmobile-talk] Accessing folder on mounted device

I wonder if I am alone in experiencing the following problem: I cannot
browse the My Documents folder on my mounted device.

Several other folders, including the Storage Card, are accessible. Seems
this may also be what causes the Backup My Documents function to fail. I¹ve
performed all normal troubleshooting steps but to no avail.

If somebody is experiencing the same problem and has found a solution I
would like to hear about it.
