[missing-sync-winmobile-talk] Orange SPV M3100 & SPV600

The 2.5.2 update is still under development and each time we make  
changes to the device side applications we have to re-submit our app  
to be signed by Orange. We hope the next beta build could include the  
Orange approved pieces. I'm not sure exactly when that will be  
posted, so look at the release notes when we do post a new beta build  
too see if the Orange signed pieces are in or not.
