Hi David,

So, it sounds like you created the pair between your Mac and handheld  
before installing The Missing Sync. I'd go ahead and delete the  
pairing, and then recreate it now that The Missing Sync is installed.  
We've had a number of users report success with the 8125, so it  
should work fine for you.

So, please try this:
1. Delete the pairing for the 8125 on the Mac in Bluetooth preferences.
2. Restart the Mac
3. Attempt to establish the partnership again, but create a new  
partnership from the handheld instead of using the existing one.  
You'll need to re-pair the handheld and desktop.
4. Hopefully ActiveSync will be an option after doing these steps.
