Yes, but it's VERY device specific. Some devices work, and others do not.
One important caveat is that during an activesync install to Virtual PC, it
will appear that the install hangs at 92%. It's not hung... Let it sit a
good 30 minutes to an hour, and the install will continue. Also, if you ever
tried this before and canceled out, the windows registry is now bolloxed and
you'll never get a good activesync install afterwards. If that's the case,
the easiest way to fix that is to reinstall your virtual machine.
