As far as I know, nobody was able to use VPC with active sync to connect to
a WM5 device. But if you use the .exe on the VPC it will install the .Cab
file in the PC folder Microsoft Activesync. Just drag the file to the osx
desktop and send it to your device by bluetooth or a card reader. Double
click it at the device, and you will be able to install.
...

If you publish your iCal calendar (Calendar -> Publish), it is easy to
download it to your WM5 device using an application called Kalyx installed
in the device.

Tricky part:

1. You must have a .mac account to publish your iCal calendar
2. At Kalyx, instead of using the address provided by iCal:
http://ical.mac.com/WebObjects/iCal.woa/wa/default?u=YOURACCOUNT&v=0&n=YOURC
ALENDAR.ics

You must use the direct access to the file:
http://homepage.mac.com/YOURACCOUNT/.calendars/YOURFILE.ics

Hope it helps
