I can confirm the procedure described by Chris.

I already installed many applications this way.

For some reason, I have two Microsoft Active Sync folders inside my
VPC....so the only problem is to find in what folder activesync left the
.Cab file, then I drag it to the apple desktop and sent to my Jasjar using
bluetooth.

The whole process takes like 10 minutes, and since Steve Jobs clearly does
not have a WM5 phone, I will have to do this for years to come.
