You first have to open the .exe file to get the .cab inside.

You may try File Juicer (try versiontracker.com). It's an app that claims to
extract the contents of .exe files.

Never worked for me, but someone here said it works...

If you are unable to do it you will need a PC or VirtualPC. I use VPC,
extract everything I need and send to my Jasjar by bluetooth or using the
card reader.

At your xv6700 you will be able to run the .cab and install it.
