[missing-sync-winmobile-talk] Ignored device: additional info required

Hi
I'm new to Windows Mobile 5, new to my Qtek S200 too. My interface is
french, and I'm not sure about the settings for syncing. I haven't succeeded
at syncing my device yet.

I need to know how to set flight mode on (which menu>function).
Also, none of the buttons/icons that allow syncing in Missing Sync are
clickable (just greyed out). Is it caused by flight mode off? Or device
being ignored? Very basic questions, I confess...
