Hi Jerome,

The panic is likely caused by either our new USB kernel extension  
itself or the interaction with another kernel extension. This file is  
located at

/System/Library/Extensions/MissingSyncWM.kext

You can safe boot, move that file out of that folder and reboot.

However, I would like to see the panic.log file, located in /Library/ 
Logs/panic.log. It may shed some light on the problem.
