[missing-sync-winmobile-talk] Unable to connect...

I am trying to connect my Cingular 8125 to my Mac Intel 10.4.6 and have 
walked through the tutorial several times.  I paired the Mac and that 
seemed to work flawlessly, however, it does not give me an option to 
select the Active Sync Service, only the Serial Port.

I know the bluetooth portion it working because I can send files via 
bluetooth.

Any ideas?  Your help would be greatly appreciated.
