[missing-sync-winmobile-talk] Slow Syncing

Syncing does appear to be working, upon the second sync.  I had a  
successful two hour sync session last night which updated all my  
data, but the program still insists it should slow sync even today,  
when that seems highly unnecessary.

Guidance on how to speed syncing back up would be appreciated as I  
don't always have a spare two hours, especially not when I need to  
sync every morning before work.
