[missing-sync-winmobile-talk] TMS 2.0 Slow Syncing Fix

and use my PDA syncing again.

Subject: TMS 2.0 Slow Syncing Fix

I know with all the hub-bub of the new 2.5 this is probably a paltry  
issue, but my Axim x50v had a memory error and I therefore restored  
from an old backup.  The problem is, ever since it hasn't synced  
properly with TMS.  In X.3 there was a clear and easy option to  
overwrite everything from one source, but in X.4 I'm not seeing it.

I'm hoping this will fix the fact that it just keeps slow syncing,  
however.  It enjoys reporting errors on the syncs and says for me to  
see the log, but I think that's probably due to the age of  
everything, as a restart fixes syncing and just returns it to being  
slow.
