Sure!

In our application, switch to the "Install" tab. There is a + button,  
which will bring up a file chooser. Navigate to your iTunes music,  
and add files! They'll be copied to your device when it is connected.

You can also drag and drop into this window from Finder (but not from  
iTunes), so just drag the .mp3 (or whatever file type) into the list.

You can set the preferences for where different file types are copied  
in our preferences (see the "Install Files" tab in the prefs). We  
default to having .mp3 installing to My Documents/My Music; you can  
change this, as well as any of the other extension/path mappings.
