[missing-sync-winmobile-talk] Can't get ActiveSync to show up as BT Service

We do check this - and alert the user if there is an issue with it  
being > than the limit.

Note that this is only an issue with devices using Microsoft's  
Bluetooth stack, not the Widcomm/Broadcomm stack.
