[missing-sync-winmobile-talk] Can't get ActiveSync to show up as BT Service

T-Mobile SDA (US version w/ antenna hump) Bluetooth is definitely on  
- unit is now in flight mode (and wi-fi off)  but still not seeing  
active sync as an option
