[missing-sync-winmobile-talk] Contact File As

I have a XV6700 from Verizon and I used to have a PC that synced with  
it so I could use Outlook.  Under that there was a way to set "file  
as" for each contact so I could have it ordered by first then last  
name.  There is no setting for that on my phone (it had to be done  
with outlook) so I was wondering if there was one in Entourage.  I  
havent been able to find one, if there is, anyone have any ideas/ 
suggestions?
