Jessica,

We'd need to know more about the problems you're having with  
bluetooth and usb - like the log information that our program keeps  
(accessible from the toolbar). That should show us any errors in  
connection you are having.

We're finding USB to be very reliable (a bit slow). Are you  
connecting to your device through a hub?

As for installation of programs, is your SD card listed in the popup  
at all? If it isn't, it means that the device is not telling us there  
is a SD card inserted and available for us. We make a call to a  
function on the device that returns the storage volumes.
