Thank you Jonathan for your defense, and thank you Al (as well as the
others) for your critique(s).

To Al:
Soon is relative... But any company [regardless of the operators/owners]
operating within the States must abide by the laws of the States. I think
calling an update soon to lure customers and then taking a large period of
time to materialize that update could perhaps fall under false advertisement
or at least incur some penalty. I don't believe that is the current
situation, but from the current standpoint, getting to there is a pretty big
possibility. I also don't believe that as a collective group we could force
MS to produce a date or product, and hopefully none of my submissions have
suggested that. I merely wanted to express my outrage at the ever-growing
wait time as well as the lack of response/information from their PR/Customer
Service departments.
