[missing-sync-winmobile-talk] Cannot change settings

I suspect the plugin crashed and needs to be forced quit.

Launch Activity Monitor (usually in the Utilities folder) and do a search
for the plugin name (e.g. iCal). If you see an item with a generic
application icon (e.g. not the iCal application), then force that process to
quit. Restart, launch Missing Sync and see if you can open the plugin
settings (even without the device connected).
