Yes, I have twice. Another guy in the office has had one kernel  
panic. All three immediately after re-cradling.

It seems to occur if you remove from the cradle without  
Disconnecting, then re-cradle.

We try to always Disconnect, if we don't we quit Missing Sync before  
re-cradling. No panics since.
