[missing-sync-winmobile-talk] Overwriting with old events - getting annoying

While I hate to say I have no solution for your problem, I have noticed 
that some data on my todo list of my PDA does not sync properly, 
remaining only on the PDA itself.  Likewise, when I did not have a start 
time (only a due date) it has just recently begun assigning a start time 
for me.
