[missing-sync-winmobile-talk] WM5 -- alternate solutions?

Most certainly DO NOT attempt to surf your Mac with your Mobile.  I had 
no luck doing so with my Axim, though it didn't go to the extreme yours 
did (simply reported errors.)  It's the normal curse of Macs being able 
to understand Windows file systems but Windows being unable to 
understand Macs.  You can surf your iPaq just fine from your Mac, I 
would wager... but no, it's a Mobile issue, not  a TMS issue on that.
