Do you actually want to set up Exchange on a Windows server, or are you
looking for 'access' to an Exchange server?

If you are looking for access to an Exchange server, visit
4Smartphone.com.
They include instructions on how set up ActiveSync on your device.

If you need help setting up an actual Exchange server, there might be
someone on this list who has expertise on setting up an Exchange server,
but
you might want to call a local Windows consultant.
