There are two ways to get your email.

1) POP3 or IMAP
The built in email client on Windows Mobile devices supports both POP3 and
IMAP email servers. If you are using Entourage (or any other email client)
with a POP3 or IMAP email server, just enter the same settings on your
device. Then when you are connected to your Mac with the Missing Sync,
choose 'Send/Receive' and your email will be downloaded to your device!

2) Exchange Server
If you are using Entourage with a Microsoft Exchange server, you can set up
the ActiveSync settings on the device to sync the mail. Then again, when you
connect your device to the Mac using Missing Sync you'll get your mail!
