[missing-sync-winmobile-talk] Installing CAB's not working

Same thing happened for me with ListPro.  I believe the problem is that the
installer is interactive, meaning it asks you to agree to an EULA or
something similar, and Missing Sync only properly kicks off non-interactive
installs.  At least, that¹s been my somewhat limited experience (the only
interactive install I¹ve tried is ListPro¹s).
