[missing-sync-winmobile-talk] Installing CAB's not working

I'm trying to use the install feature to install Salling Clicker.   
Unfortunately, all the happens in the install cab gets copied to  
\Windows\AppMgr\Install\.  The cab file doesn't automatically "run"  
though.  Clicking the cab starts the install process though.  Anyone  
know why the file ends up in \Windows\AppMgr\Install\, instead of My  
Docs?
