[missing-sync-winmobile-talk] Unchecked option "Bring Missing
Sync to front on connect" no honored

I didn't even notice that option before, but here's a wild guess:
Maybe TMS has to already be running for it to work? It seems like if
it launches, it will probably end up in the foreground as a result.
