[missing-sync-winmobile-talk] Installing to miniSD card

CAB files have special rules, defined by the device, and we just pass  
the flag to either install to the default location, or have the  
device ask. We *can't* specify where to install it when you add it to  
our app.

I can see though how it is a bit confusing, as you're chosen to add  
it to the Storage Card, and then it is changing that.
