Someone on our Palm team said that Microsoft's Palm plugin supports  
Entourage notes. He hadn't tried it personally, though.

If you have a PalmOS device, you can install Missing Sync for PalmOS  
and then install Microsoft's Entourage Palm plugin. It is located at:

/Applications/Microsoft Office 2004/Additional Tools/Handheld Sync
