I assume you are referring to the known Entourage sync problems listed at
http://www.markspace.com/testing/known_issues.html.

The problem Calendar & Task events are:
- Monthly by day, for example: "The first Monday of every month"
("Day 1 of every month" works fine)
- Yearly by day, for example: "The 3rd Monday in April".
("Every April 3rd" works fine)
- Repeating tasks have issues due to bugs in the Entourage SDK.

These sync problems are all due to bugs in the Entourage SDK. We are looking
at how to work around these issues, but it is unclear if these event types
will be able to be properly supported. We have reported these issues to
Microsoft, so the other option would be that Microsoft could fix and release
the SDK.

The other problem listed there is:

- Repeating events where you change a single occurrence by moving it before
the prior occurrence or after the next occurrence.

The device rejects these types of records, so these cannot be added to the
device. The log will mention the reason this event can't sync and the user
must edit or delete the event.
