Might you have submitted the error report and log using a different email
address other than faith.pardue at gmail.com or faith.reid at gmail.com>? There
are no emails in our system from either address. Do you have a ticket
number?

The new 2.0.2b2 BETA should be available for download later today. An
announcement will be made on this list. This release fixes many issues that
customers have reported. Damaged/corrupt data files or data types that are
NOT allowed on the device previously caused the Missing Sync to fail. We
apologize for the inconvenience and expect the new 2.0.2 will improve
synchronization whether you are using Entourage, iCal or Address Book.
