Dear Ken -

thank you for the favor of your reply (with cautious good news).

in a recent post,  you mentioned,  *almost parenthetically*,  that the numbers following 
   the letter "T" in some error messages indicates the Time of the Event in GMT.
that was interesting to know and might have helped some people earlier in tracking
   or identifying specific problem event entries.


if you please, for the admittedly non-expert but nonetheless "curious minds" out here,
   would you share more about what you (markspace) has learned about 
   the structure or relationship of data between Entourage and MSWM as it relates to 
   the nature of the sync problems your staff have identified.  help us learn a little.
