Any idea when the next update will be released to fix the problems with
entourage?  As I've stated before, I have many appointments that are "custom
recurrences" (ie. first Wednesday of the month) that I cannot place in my
calendar because it causes the entire calendar to stop syncing.  I have a
yellow stickie note on my monitor with them all listed.  Active Sync handled
these items flawlessly.

I and others have been very patient and attempted to help you/your staff,
yet have paid for a program that we have basically helped "engineer."  I
hope you can understand our frustrations, but I have paid for a program and
then spent HOURS, and I truly do mean HOURS, trying to read through the
discussion list for tips, test the beta, deleting calendar identities,
testing the integrity of the data base, resetting ending dates for all of my
events, then having to go through the handheld and manually delete duplicate
entries on several instances, or reset the handheld completely.  I realize
this is not your fault, but it is beginning to be a bit ridiculous.  Your
website claims your product is able to do all of these things and it can't.

Could you please share with us your company's progress regarding these
fixes, specifically with entourage?
