[missing-sync-winmobile-talk] How close?

Greetings all,

Forgive me, but I'm a newbie with a simple question:

I'm a Mac (Tiger) user who's fed up with his Palm device, and wants to
switch to an Axim 51v. From what I've been told, Missing Sync isn't
currently compatible with the 51v. Realistically, how close is Missing Sync
to being released? Days, weeks, months? I realize I'm asking for a
"guesstimate", but I'm trying to gauge when to buy the Axim so that I can
sync it with my Mac G5.

I'd appreciate any insight you can offer.
