I'm seeing the same behavior. Sometimes the GPRS connection is not initiated
and sometimes it is. We will continue to look into why this happens and what
we can do about it. Until then, another option besides turning the phone
mode off, is to change the network connection setting to "My Work Network"
instead of "My ISP." Not quite as annoying as turning the phone off.
