What happens when you try to connect? Do you get the transparent like window
with a few icons and dots as the connection progresses? Do you only get two
dots and then nothing else?
Here are a few things to try.
1) Official 2.0.2 Release
The final 2.0.2 release was recently posted at
www.markspace.com/downloads.html.
2) Soft Reset your device
3) Make sure you are plugging the cable/cradle directly to the Mac and NOT a
usb hub or keyboard
4) Firewalls
If you have Apple's internal firewall on or any other firewall, open ports
5678 and 5679. For more information on this visit the KB article at
http://www.markspace.com/support/index.php?x=&mod_id=2&id=17
5) Internet Connection
Some people have reported problems connecting when they do NOT have an
active Internet connection. Try to connect when you are connected to the
Internet.
